I began my career in technical support from 2017 to 2019, supporting U.S.-based clients for smart cameras, lighting systems, doorbells, and solar panels at a leading BPO company. Within six months, I was promoted to Team Lead, managing Level 1 technical experts and ensuring service quality and performance.
From 2019 to 2023, I transitioned to a work-from-home setup, working as a Customer Service Representative for a healthcare provider. In this role, I assisted clients with prescription refills, appointment scheduling, medication requests, and insurance validation.
Between 2020 and 2023, I also served as a Customer Support Lead for an Australian e-commerce company specializing in home and living products. I oversaw customer service operations, product listings, order fulfillment, and overall customer experience.
From 2022 to 2025, I supported data-related projects and back-end administrative tasks, including membership management, cancellations, freezes, and class enrollments. In 2024 to 2025, I worked as a CCTV Surveillance Supervisor, leading live monitoring operations, managing incident response, coordinating with security teams, maintaining reports, and supervising staff schedules and performance.
In addition, I handled billing concerns, refunds, and payment adjustments, provided customer support when needed, and supported various administrative and operational functions.
